3. Materials conveying system
This system includes three parts: aggregate conveying, powder conveying and liquid conveying.
For aggregate conveying, you have two choices. One is conveying aggregate through hopper conveying. Or you can choose to convey aggregate by belt conveyor. Hopper conveying has the advantages of small occupation and simple structure. While, using belt conveying can ensure a larger transport quantity and high efficiency. The second one is powder conveying. Powder includes cement, fly ash and mineral powder. The most common tool to convey powder is screw conveyor. As you can see, this is another kind of conveyor. A screw conveyor is a mechanism that uses a rotating helical screw blade to move liquid or granular materials. This conveyor includes conveyor body, inlet, outlet and the driving device. When it works, the powders are transmitted to the weighing hopper form cement silo.
Speaking of liquid conveying, it meas the transmission of water and water additive. Under the mixing plant, it is a impounding reservoir. The water is transmitted by water pump. And the water additive is also transmitted by pump.
4. Materials storage system
When it comes to materials storage system, its focus is the powder storage equipment, which is cement silo. We have two kinds of cement silos: integrated cement silo and sheet cement silo. Integrated cement silo is a compact cylinder with a supporting structure. It can be found that there are four legs at the bottom of the main body. In addition, It is equipped with dust removal equipment, which guarantees the environmental protection and smoothness of the concrete batching plant. The latter one needs to be joint together in the field before coming into use.
5. Electrical control system

6. Pneumatic system

For example, pneumatic system not only controls the door’s opening and closing of concrete batching machine, but also is in charge of the outlet of cement silo and mixing console. It consists of air compressor, gas rope, gas tank, sub-air bag and cylinder. The number of air compressor is different. The ready mix concrete plant, whose output is under fifty cubic meters per hour, is equipped with one air compressor. For others, there are two air compressors.
7. Mixing system
The system refers to concrete mixer. A concrete mixer is a machine that mixes cement, aggregate, and water into concrete.
