Classification of Brick Making Machine

1. Belt conveyor: The main function of conveyor is to transfer proportioned materials(stone, sand, cement, fly ash, water…..) to the hopper of main brick machine.
2. Brick Machine: It has two parts: frame and bin. For the frame, it main support equipment components and the press force of brick molding.
3. Distributor: It is mainly used to feed the material in the hopper into the forming mold. When the distributing box is swinging, the motor will drive sprocket, then making its teeth with 360 degree rotation. In this way can we distribute the materials uniformly on mold. At the same time, the vibrating box will influence mold vibration with low frequency. Then, the material can be fully into the mold cavity.
4. Mold: It is one of important components for bricks made machine. Because, the shape of bricks is depended on the mold. It can made solid bricks, hollow bricks, porous bricks, etc. Generally, we can make the brick under the function of upper die pressurizing the materials and lower die frequency vibrating. In addition, the frequency vibrating of lower die can Increase the density of bricks.
5. Feed plate mechanism: It is mainly used for transmission of support plate, there are font feed plate and side feed plate. Besides, it is equipped with scraper blade.
6. Brick delivery frame: it is to transport the formed bricks from worktable. What’s more, it has a brick sweeping mechanism.
7. Hydraulic system: Hydraulic system consists hydraulic oil pump, cylinder, pipeline, valve etc. It drives the brick block machine to complete the molding and other working processes before molding.
8. Control system: The procedures of control system can control the working process and achieve high efficiency and high automatization. Besides, it can realize continuous production.
9. Stacking system: This system can realize the stacking of wet bricks. Therefore, it is convenient for forklift to transfer bricks and stack layer by layer in the finished sites, which can help reduce covering space.
How to Make Bricks
For brick machine making, there are several steps for production bricks.
First, the wheel load will load all kinds of raw materials into batching machine
Second, the batching machine will dose material in certain proportion. In addition, the electric control system can control the proportion through computer.
Third, load the proportioned material and unload it into the hoist hopper.
Fourth, lift hopper to the top, then unload material into mixer(water, cement simultaneously)
Fifth, after mixing, the material will discharge from mixer. Then the conveyor will deliver material to storage hopper of brick machine. After that, the belt conveyor under the storage hopper transport materials into distributor.
Sixth, after the setting of mold of burn-free brick and block making machine for sale, the distributor will be forward and be into mold box.
Seventh, distributor is back and the upper die press down with vibration.
Eighth, the lower die rises until the full exposure of the brick.
Ninth, the plate discharging machine runs automatically and then deliver the bricks to automatic stacking machine.
Tenth, the forklift transport the wet bricks to finished product area. For bricks, water once every two days, then using after two or three times (the next day), generally leaving factory 5 to 7 days.
